This time of year on the east coast normally comes with weeks of northerlies and barely any swell, but that doesn't mean you can't still have fun if you have the right board! While Jules was passing through Newcastle he grabbed a stock HYFI Blak Box 2 right off the rack at Sanbah, and subsequently blew up on the thing in typical springtime slop all over town. At 6'0" / 80kg, he rides a 5'9" x 19 5/8" x 2 3/8" x 28.3L.
