“WIN THE TRIP OF A LIFETIME” GIVEAWAY BY LATITUDE ZERO & JS INDUSTRIES – OFFICIAL RULES
JS BOARD PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Sponsor: WIN THE TRIP OF A LIFETIME (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Madluc Pty Ltd (JS Industries), 8/64 Ourimbah Road, Tweed Heads NSW 2485.
Giveaway Period: The Sweepstakes begins on September 12, 2025 at 12:00 PM and ends on November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM (AEST).
Eligibility: Open to JS customers around the world who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the sponsors and all participating giveaway partners (Latitude Zero, JS Industries, and participating retailers), and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter: For online customers shopping directly with JS Industries in Australia, USA, UK and Japan, entry will be automatic when purchasing a brand-new surfboard.
For customers shopping with an authorised JS Industries dealer, participating in the sweepstakes, either online or in store, entry requires fulfillment of a contest submission form showing proof of purchase.
Limit one (1) entry per person per board. Each person may have increasing entries per boards bought in the giveaway period. I.e. customer buys one board in store and a second online between September 12 and November 31, 2026, and this customer has two entries.
Prizes: One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:
- Latitude Zero resort, 1 week stay (USD $7,500)
- JS Industries PU surfboard (USD: $799)
- Return flights from winner’s location to Latitude Zero (up to value of USD: $1,700)
Total of all prizes: USD $9,999. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any item with one of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will take place within five (5) business days after the promotion ends. Winner will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.
Marketing Consent: By entering, you agree to receive promotional emails and marketing communications from JS Industries and Latitude Zero. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the emails or by contacting the brands directly.
General Conditions: By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, by entering you grant permission to the Sponsor and participating brands to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Privacy: Information collected will be used in accordance with the JS Industries Privacy Policy and may be shared with participating partners for marketing purposes.
Release of Liability: By entering, you release JS Industries and all participating brands, their affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability related to participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.
Governing Law: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
